Suzi is a digital content producer, strategist and filmmaker. She is driven by a passion for creating compelling stories and designing learning experiences that engage and transform audiences, using human-centred design principles.

More than 20 of Suzi’s short docos have aired on ABC TV. Her unique, meticulously produced radio stories have been broadcast on Triple J, Radio National and earned Suzi the national ‘Best New Talent’ award at ABC. Suzi’s longer form documentary ‘Love in Full Colour’ was acquired by SBS upon completion and screened to sold-out audiences at Canberra International Film Festival, among others.

With a diverse skill-set, Suzi balances big-picture vision with a pragmatic and transparent approach to project management. She has worked as an in-house filmmaker for State Library Victoria, Digital Director for frankie magazine and in communications and marketing leadership, currently based at the University of Melbourne. Suzi has experience running a successful production company, Fingerprint Productions, which specialised in educational media. Her clients included Sustainability Victoria, Video Education Australasia, Blake Publishing and the Community Broadcasting Foundation.

Prior to working full-time in digital content and strategy, Suzi’s early background was in teaching, having worked across primary, secondary and TAFE sectors. She has also taught media with diverse communities, from podcast masterclasses at The Wheeler Centre and blog writing workshops with Karen refugees at Footscray’s Phoenix Youth Centre to running stop motion animation camps with First Nations teenagers on Anmatyerre country in Central Australia.
